Hi! I'm Dr. Tabitha Moore, founder of Intentional Evolution, LLC. I help organizations translate values into action through strategic planning, leadership development, and systems change. I developed the Identity-Based Job Task Analysis (IBJTA™) Framework, a methodology that helps organizations identify and integrate identity-relevant responsibilities into the design of work, creating more effective, accountable, and equitable systems. IBJTA moves equity from intention to implementation by embedding it into how organizations hire, lead, evaluate, and govern. I'm excited to share how this framework informs Racially Responsive Policing during this year's summit.
