About me
Michael Memmolo is the Executive Director of the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD). Mike was hired as Executive Director in July of 2024 having previously served the MCAD in the roles of Interim Executive Director, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Director of Operations and Human Resource since joining the agency in 2018. Before the MCAD, Mike served the Commonwealth in various prominent, high-level managerial roles in the legislative and executive branches, as well as with other independent agencies.
